Since the pandemic began, Brooke Prater has wanted to spread joy to the residents at Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center. She initially had plans to volunteer over the summer, but with the closing of facility visitation she decided to make a personal card for each resident. The facility has 100 residents, so that’s 100 unique designs. Everyone appreciated her thoughtfulness and kind gesture. Brooke will be a Junior at Jackson City School and everyone wishes her good luck in the fall and hopes she has a great summer. Hopefully she will be able to visit the residents in person soon.
